Tentacle Wall Hook

A creature from the deep has been captured in clay – if you didn’t have any hangups about free-writhing, tentacles, you can now!

Every sucker on each hand-pulled, undulating tentacle is sculpted and attached individually, so each one is completely unique.

These wall hooks are meant for light to medium duty – I’ve used mine every day for years for my work apron, coat, lunch bag and hat. It’s pretty strong, but IT’S POTTERY don’t ask it to lift a heavy bookbag or tool belt.

My wall hooks have holes for hanging, but do not ship with hardware (you know what suits your wall type, best). I do recommend using rubber washers and not screwing it too tightly. Ceramic is durable and hard-wearing, but just like people, doesn’t like to be under tension.

You will receive one wall hook similar to the ones pictured. I’ll let you know what’s in stock and we’ll pick a good one for you (I’ll try to accomodate colour and shape/degree of wriggliness requests, but can’t promise).
